Cong PENG is an assistant professor at the Institute of Sociology, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. She received her Ph.D. in public management from Wuhan University, China. During 2017-2019, she worked as a postdoctoral fellow at the National Innovation Base for Philosophy and Social Sciences in Public Administration and Public Policy, Fudan University. She mainly focuses on Old-age security and housing security. The main research topics are as follows. Firstly, development of science and technology for aging and old-age care. Secondly, housing security, especially housing provident fund security. She has published a series of articles and received funding from the National Social Science Youth Project "Research on the Precision Supply Mechanism and Countermeasures of Smart Home Elderly Care Services" in 2019.
