Leadership education

Wang Fang has a Ph.D. in education. Her research interests cover Leadership, Parenting Education, and Youth Development. Wang attended Richmond University as a visiting scholar. She specializes in leadership education, and focuses on themes such as leadership development, parenting and youth development. She has published several papers in journals like Academic Monthly and Education Development Research. She has published a monograph The Early Development of Leadership: the Cultivation of Children’s Leadership, and is working on a Shanghai Social Science Fund project, “The Cultivation of Core Value”, and 2 SASS projects, “The Emergence of Leadership and the Moral Standards of Leaders”. She is also participating in several important research projects sponsored by the central and local governments.
