Zhang Qun is an assistant professor at Institute of International Relations, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences. She received her B.A. in English and in Economics in 2007 respectively from Tianjin University and from Nankai University, and obtained her M.A. and Ph.D. in economics from Xiamen University in 2011 and in 2015. She served as a student counselor in Harbin Institute of Technology from July 2011 to July 2012, and worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Institute of International Studies of Fudan University from July 2015 to June2018. Her research fields cover regional cooperation in the Asia-Pacific, China-ASEAN relations, and the small and medium enterprise financing.
